Pamela Sue Coombs, 55, Seymour, died at 3 a.m. Monday, Oct. 1, at Schneck Medical Center, after a 15-month illness.
She was born May 19, 1957 in Jackson County to the late Tilford Hauer, Jr. and Barbara Sue Lindsey, who survives in Vallonia.
Mrs. Coombs worked for Seymour Tubing and was a very hard worker. She loved traveling to Las Vegas and spending time at gambling boats. She was a graduate of Brownstown Central High School.
Other survivors include her children, Crystie Salsman and Nathan Coombs both of Seymour; sister, Linda Terrell of Brownstown; and five grandchildren, Dylon Imlay, Brenden Bridgewater, Adin Salsman, Carson White, and Maddie Peacock.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, at Johnson Funeral Home, Vallonia, with Pastor George Hamblin officiating. Burial will follow in Vallonia Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, and from noon Wednesday until time of service.
Memorials may be given to Don and Dana Myers Cancer Center.
