Louis Edward Hallett, 80, Seymour, died Friday, Nov. 9, at his residence.
Born April 4, 1932, in New Marion, IN, he was the son of Alvin H. and Florence (McFatridge) Hallett.
Survivors include his wife, the former Wanda Darlene Smith Stout; children, Karin Roberson, Vickie Conquest, and Lori (Jerry) Pearson; stepchildren, Sherry (Bob) Lewis, Linda (Arvil) Hammons, Joe (Jenny) Stout, and Melissa Stout; grandchildren, Nathan Richart and Emilee (Trevor) Giles; great-granddaughter, Delainey; and sister, Nona (Wilbur) Jaynes.
Funeral services were conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, at Voss Chapel, Seymour. Burial followed in Riverview Cemetery with full military graveside rites conducted by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1925, American Legion Post 89, Disabled Veterans 47, Korean and Vietnam Veterans, all of Seymour.
Voss Funeral Service, Seymour, was in charge of arrangements.
