Lula Davidson Richart, 89, Brownstown, died at her residence.

She was born March 7, 1923 at Oneida, Ky., to Luther and Sarah Bowling Davidson. On Oct. 18, 1941 at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Seymour, she married Joseph Richart II and he preceded her in death Aug. 16, 2013.
Mrs. Richart was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church. She was a homemaker and member of the monthly card club.
Survivors include three sons: Patrick (Karen) Richart, Lake Mary, Fla., Steve (Diane) Richart, Daytona Beach, Fla., and Joseph (Mary) Richart, Daytona Beach, Fla.; one brother, Alfred (JoAnn) Davidson, Seymour; six grandchildren: Steven Richart, Patrick Richart, Jr., Sean Richart, Stacey Ecelbarger, Heather Bishop and Jami Richart; and 12 great-grandchildren: Jacob Richart, Cody Richart, Brandon Richart, James Michael Richart, Jordyn Ecelbarger, Lucy Ecelbarger, Taylor Henderson, Caydin Bishop, Quintyn Bishop, Avigale Tiemeier, Lilly Tiemeier and KJ Elmore.
She was preceded in death by both parents; seven brothers: Festus, Ford, Forister, Findley, Flemon, Taylor and Manard Davidson; and five sisters: Felma Davidson, Flossie Wille, Flora Roeder, Florence Brooks and Margie Kindred.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, March 6 at Brownstown First Baptist Church with Scott Erwin officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Brownstown.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 5 at Spurgeon Funeral Home, Inc., Brownstown, and from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Thursday at the church.
Memorials may be given to Brownstown First Baptist Church.
