Phyllis Hurley, 79, Seymour, died Tuesday, Oct. 9, at IU Health Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis.
Survivors include her children, Steven Myers, Dennis (Lorna) Myers, Mischell (Jim) Ferguson, and Monika (Mark) Foxworthy; nine grandchildren, Jimmy (Heather) Ferguson, Michael (Sarah) Ferguson, Leah (Andy) Lynch, Sarah (Tyler) Hodson, Mary (Collin) Gruver, Amy Baker, Stephanie Maschino, Jessica Myers, and Heather Myers; 12 great-grandchildren; and her brother, Jesse (Ruby) Austin.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, at Brownstown First Baptist Church, with burial in Vernon Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 until 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12, at Voss Chapel, Seymour, and from 10 a.m. Saturday until time of service at the church.
Voss Funeral Service, Seymour, is in charge of arrangements.
