Rettia (Fleetwood) Hall

Rettia Hall, 94, Norman, died at 8:15 p.m. Monday, Dec. 24, at Hoosier Christian Village, Brownstown.
She was born July 18, 1918 in Lawrence County to the late Elmer and Hurley (Fender) Fleetwood. On July 6, 1938 she married Glenn Hall in Brownstown, and he preceded her in death on Oct. 26, 1982.
Mrs. Hall had attended the Norman Community Church at Norman.  She had worked at Morgan Packing Company and at the Clearspring High School. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and quilting. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Family was a very important part of her life.
Survivors include two sons, Jerry (Carolyn) Hall of Norman and Dan (Jody) Hall of Brownstown; nine grandchildren, Natalie Hall, Mark Hall, Mike Hall, Christie Hinton, Kim Fredenburg, Jeff McKinney, Valarie Marcott, Jonathan Hall and Chelsie Hall; 11 great-grandchildren, Chris Trevino, Andy Hall, Cory Hall, Nicholas Hall, Ryan Hinton, Brittany Hinton, James Hinton, Ashley Foxworthy, Evan Foxworthy, Whitley Hall Marcott, and Braden Marcott; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one son, Larry Hall; one daughter, Judy McKinney; sister, Ruby Callahan; and five brothers, Earl, Clone, Leslie, Ralph and Leston Fleetwood.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, at Winklepleck-Weesner Funeral Home, Brownstown, with Randy Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Kurtz Cemetery, Kurtz.
Friends may call from 3 until 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28, and from 10 a.m. Saturday until time of service.
Memorials may be given to Norman Christian Church.
