Cleona M. Garman, 90, of Bellevue, died on Sunday, April 14, 2013, at the Willows in Willard.
Mrs. Garman was born in Attica, Ohio, on Sept. 14, 1922, to the now deceased Carl and Ora (Featheringill) Williams.
She graduated from Attica High School in 1940. On Dec. 15, 1940, she married Emery D. Garman; he preceded her in death on April 21, 2003.
Cleona had retired from General Electric in Bellevue and had formerly been the Lions Club cook and had baked pies for the former Kistler's IGA in Bellevue. For a number of years, she had been a cook at Shumaker School.
Survivors include four daughters, Sharon (Thomas) Stober, Shelby, Ohio, Beverly "Jean" Ewald, Prescott, Ariz., Anita (James) McCue, Lakewood, Wash., and Patricia (Dan) Shaffer, Bloomville, Ohio. Nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren, along with two sisters, Clara Smith, Fremont, and Adelphia Martin, Attica, also survive.
Mrs. Garman was preceded in death by two brothers, Marion Williams and Bruce Williams; and two sisters, Carol Loar and Pearl Tusing.
Visitation will be on Thursday, May 9, from 10 a.m. until the funeral service at noon at the Auxter Funeral Home, 1105 Castalia St., Bellevue. Her nephew, Deacon Kenneth Williams, will officiate. Burial will be in Bellevue City Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Bellevue Hospital ICU, 1400 W. Main St., Bellevue, OH 44811; or the hospice of your choice.

We are so sorry for your loss. We moved next door in 2005,I would go over and talk with Cleona for many hour's. She always liked watching our dogs play in the back yard. She was a wonderful lady I am glad I got to know her,she will be greatly missed
