Marjorie Sberna, 87, Bellevue, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2014.
She was born on March 5, 1927, the daughter of Walter and Joletta (Ryan) Nobles, in Buffalo, NY.
She married Anthony Sberna on November 23, 1946 in Bellevue. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church; Altar Rosary Society; former member of Daughters of Isabella and Club Amer-Ital Auxiliary; she was a long time cook at ICS and was known for her catering.
Marjorie is survived by three sons, Joseph (Kathy) Sberna, Cincinnati; Theodore (Sandi) Sberna, George Town, Ky. and Walter (Tammy) Sberna, Bellevue; three daughters, Margaret (Gene) Welty, Bowling Green; Grace (Jim) Middleswarth, Bellevue and Joletta (Dennis) Flannigan, Fairfield. Twenty-six grandchildren; thirty-two great-grandchildren and two sisters, Mary Alice Kudro, Bellevue and Joan Smith, Buffalo, NY.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; three brothers, Walter, Richard and Robert; two sons, William and Anthony, Jr. and grandson, Tyler Adkins.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 16, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 231 East Center Street, Bellevue, at 11 a.m. with Reverend Jonathan Wight. Burial will follow in Bellevue Catholic Cemetery.
