Ryan Walter Horn, age 34, Bellevue, passed away Friday, Feb. 28, 2014.
He was born April, 28, 1979, in Sandusky, the son of Kirk and Jane (Schaefer) Horn, who survive in Bellevue.
Ryan worked for Dauch Concrete for 10 years and then returned to the family farm to work doing what he loved.
He was 1998 graduate of Bellevue High School, and a member of Immaculate Conception Church.
Ryan will always be remembered for his deep love for his children and his passion for riding, farming and working hard. His smile was infectious, his laugh contagious.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife. Carrie (Daniel) Horn. whom he married Dec. 6, 2002, in Las Vegas; sons, Deegan, Brody and Cooper Horn, all at home; sisters, Brandi (Ian) Fultz, of Bellevue, and Noelle (Curt) Linder, of Norwalk; niece, Cassidy Fultz; and nephews, Dylan Fultz and Alex and Ethan Linder; his paternal grandmother, Eloise Horn, of Bellevue; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Walter Horn Jr.; maternal grandparents, William and Betty Schaefer; and uncles, David and William Schaefer.
Friends will be received Wednesday, March 5, from 2 – 8 p.m. at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue. The rosary will be recited at 1:30 p.m.
A funeral Mass will be held Thursday, March 6, at 11 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 231 E. Center St., Bellevue. Casual dress is requested by the family.
