Sandra J. Darr, 46, of Bellevue, died at Stein Hospice Center, Sandusky on Saturday, June 22, 2013.
Sandy was born in Fremont on Jan. 22, 1967. She graduated from Fremont Ross High School in 1985 and Terra Community College with an associate's degree in accounting.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Bellevue. She had worked at Fisher-Titus Hospital, Norwalk, and Darr's Cleaning, Clyde, before becoming a full-time mother, her greatest joy.
On Sept. 26, 1986, she married Randall Darr. He preceded her in death on Jan. 24, 1998.
Their three daughters survive, Alexandria Darr, Sandusky; Cassandra and Mirranda Darr, both of Bellevue. Sandy's sisters, Sharon Ferback, Bellevue; Susan (Harry) Gross, Marshall, Mich., and Sally (Bill) Hackenburg, Bellevue; and her father, Walter Ferback, Fremont, also survive. Her in-laws, Harold and Irene Darr, Clyde, and brothers and sisters-in-law survive as well.
Mrs. Darr was preceded in death by her mother, Sharon (Dirlam) Ferback.
Visitation will be today (Tuesday, June 25) from 3-7 p.m. at the Auxter Funeral Home, 1105 Castalia St., Bellevue. At 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Rosary will be recited and there will be a Sharing Time at the funeral home.
The funeral mass will be at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 26, with the Rev. Jonathan Wight officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Clyde.
