CLYDE - Bonnie K. Lucas, 68, of Clyde, died at Elmwood at the Springs, Green Springs, on Tuesday, April 2, 2013.
Mrs. Lucas was born in Bellevue on Dec. 15, 1944, to the now deceased Harold B. and Angela M. (Juliano) Baum. She graduated from the Bellevue High School in 1963.
For many years, Bonnie was an active member of the Welcome Wagon Club of Clyde. She had worked as a recreational therapist at the former St. Francis Rehab Hospital in Green Springs.
On July 2, 1966, she married Donald Lucas. He preceded her in death on Feb. 12, 2006.
Survivors include a son, William (Jessica) Lucas, Bellevue; a daughter, Cynthia Baker, of Clyde; four grandchildren, Michael and Connor Lucas, Jackson Keith Baker and Sydni Adelle Baker; two brothers, Ron (Judy) Baum, Bay View, and Robert "Bumper" Baum, Bellevue. Her sister-in-law, Patricia Baum, survives in Sandusky.
Bonnie was also preceded in death by a brother, John A. Baum.
Visitation will be on Thursday, April 4, from 5-7 p.m. at the Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 S. Main St., Clyde.
The funeral will be on Friday, April 5, at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Josh Cook officiating. Burial will be in Bellevue City Cemetery.
