Ethel Lee, 67, of Republic, passed away Monday, Oct. 14, 2013, at the University of Toledo Medical Center.
She was born Aug. 20, 1946, in Tecumseh, Mich., the daughter of George and Eleanor (Aiken) Kensler.
Ethel worked as a bookkeeper for Hasselbach & Paul. She was an avid golf fan and enjoyed playing the game as well. She loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Timothy Lee, of Republic, whom she married Aug. 25, 1965, in Manchester, Mich. Also surviving are her three sons, Chris (Julie) Lee, of Bellevue, David (Renae) Lee, of Republic, and Mark Lee, of Republic; a stepdaughter, Brenda Prentice, of Evert, Mich.; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a brother, Louis Kensler, of Marion, Mich.; and sister, Susan (Randy) Harms, of Brooklyn, Mich.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends will be received on Friday, Oct. 18, from 4 p.m. until a funeral service begins at 7 p.m. at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.
