CLYDE - Teresa A. Fultz, 70, of Clyde, died at Elmwood at the Springs, Green Springs, on Monday, June 24, 2013.
Teresa was bon in Lyons, Ohio, on Sept. 16, 1942, to the now deceased Juan and Mercedies (Salezar) Davis.
She graduated from Clyde High School in 1963. Mrs. Fultz was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Clyde, and the Clyde VFW Auxiliary and Eagles. She was an artist and enjoyed collecting art.
For over 25 years, she was a successful business woman. In the 1970s and '80s, she had the Western Auto in Clyde. Along with her husband, Larry, they started Fultz Hauling in 1965. Later the name was changed to Fultz & Son, now FSI Disposal.
On July 29, 1963, she married Larry Frank Fultz. He, along with their children, Magdalen (Rick) VanWalsen, Hebron; Audrea (Tom) Albright, AnnMarie (Randy) Miller, and Larry A. "Duke" (Kendra) Fultz, all of Clyde, survive. Ten grandchildren, Jason (Susan) VanWalsen, Julie (Danny) Adkins, Thomas Albright, Tyler Albright, Adam Albright, Blake Miller, Savannah Miller, Brody Fultz, Frank Fultz and Shaelynn Fultz; and five great-grandchildren also survive. Nine siblings, Rose Hillenbrand, Toledo; Raymond (Queta) Davis, Clyde; Maria Norman, Clyde; Diane (Gene) Baker, Fremont; Dora Beier, Perrysburg; Jesse (Niki) Davis, Sandusky; Joe (Juanita) Davis, Fremont; Roy (Tina) Davis, Dover, N.H. and Gregory (Rebecca) Davis, Denver, Colo.; a brother-in-law, Jim Ferguson, Tiffin; and a sister-in-law, Sandra Davis, N.H., survive Teresa. Eight brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law of Larry's, Willie (Shirley) Fultz, Clyde; Jim Berberick, Bellevue; Joyce Wadams, Attica; Jack Gurney, Clyde; Faye Hunley, Bellevue; Carole Jean Fultz, Mary Jo (Rich) Ulman and Linda (Larry) Hall, all of Clyde, are among her survivors.
Mrs. Fultz was preceded in death by a sister, Cecilia Ferguson; a brother, John Davis; and sisters-in-law, Joann Berberick and Sandra Gurney.
Visitation will be tonight (Wednesday, June 26) at the Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 S. Main St., Clyde, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.
The funeral mass will be on Thursday, June 27, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 615 Vine St., Clyde. Burial will be in York Chapel Cemetery, rural Bellevue.
