BELLEVUE — Evelyn Dillinger, age 86, of Bellevue, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2014 at her home. She was born November 24, 1927 in Bellevue the daughter of Lloyd and Mildred (Hoy) Byers.

She married Richard Dillinger March, 9 1946 in Ft. Wayne, Ind. He preceded her in death on October 12, 2001.

Evelyn worked and retired from the G.E. Lamp Plant. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Bellevue and the Four County Young-At-Heart. She enjoyed her family and being outside.

She is survived by her daughter, Janet Norman of Bellevue; nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

In addition to her parents and husband, Evelyn is preceded in death by her son, James Dillinger in 2003; three brothers, Lloyd, Don, and Richard; and one sister, Ann.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue. A funeral service officiated by Rev. Juli Lejman-Guy will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church, 209 Southwest St., Bellevue. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memory Garden, Clyde.

Memorials can be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, or St. John's Lutheran Church.
