WALLINGFORD - Thomas Robert Bobrich, 62, of Wallingford, died Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014, at his home, after a brief illness.

He was born in New Haven, Nov. 7, 1951, a son of the late Robert J. and Barbara Mortimer Bobrich. Thomas had been employed in the audio visual field by CPTV channel 49 for many years before moving onto the W.W.E. Most recently, he was working for Fairfield University and General Electric. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and was a passionate advocate of animals.
He is survived by his siblings, Sharon Howard, and her husband, Brian, of Wallingford; and James Bobrich, and his wife, Deanna, of Missouri; his uncle, William D. Mortimer; and his niece and nephew, Taylor Bobrich; and Justin Ecoffey, and his wife, Julyen. He was predeceased by his brother, Robert J. Bobrich Jr.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, Aug. 19, at 10 a.m., directly at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 382 Hope Hill Road, Yalesville.
