Johnnie Patrick Foreman, 63, of Conway, passed away on Friday, Oct. 25, 2013.
Born in Plumerville, Ark., on Oct. 30, 1949, he was a loving brother and uncle who served with the United States Marine Corps from 1967 to 1970, 13 months of which were in Vietnam, were he received a Purple Heart and Vietnam Cross of Gallantry. He was a Hall of Fame Bowler from Conway Family Bowling Alley. He will be truly missed by his loving dog, Bambie.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Henry and Edith Sarah Foreman of Morrilton; a brother, Fred Foreman of Conway; and sisters, Clara Wilson of Oklahoma and Irene Bryant of Morrilton.
Survivors include his brother, Emmitt Foreman (Lynn) of Conway; sisters: Bea Wiley (Woody) of Conway, Katie McCullum of Atkins, Ark., Louise Evers of Temple, Texas, and Emma Dale Davis of Oklahoma. He is also survived by a niece of the home, Sara Foreman; and nephews of the home, Justin and Preston Foreman of Conway; and numerous nieces, nephews that loved him.
The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 1, 2013, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway.
Burial, with military honors, will follow at noon at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
Pallbearers are Justin Foreman, Preston Foreman, Randy Wiley, Brian Wiley, Ezra Wiley, Woody Wiley and Herman Bryant.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in the name of Emmitt Foreman, at Arkansas Credit Union, 220 Skyline Dr., Conway, AR 72032.
