Billy Frank Garrett, 69, of Conway, passed from this life on Sept. 5, 2013.

He was born on Oct. 2, 1943, in Conway, to the late Herman and Beulah Garrett.
Billy was a member of the Church of Christ, enjoyed rodeos, bull riding, and was an avid outdoorsman. He retired from Conark Builders after 41 years.
Billy is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Garrett of 44 years; two sons, Clint Garrett (Laura), and Justin Garrett (Amy); one brother, Jerry Garrett (Ruth); one sister, Sue Collums; two grandchildren, Whitt and Marly Garrett; many nieces and nephews, and many loving friends.
He is also preceded in death by seven brothers, Ben Garrett, Clois Garrett, Hallous Garrett, G.W. Garrett, Hassell Garrett, Doug Garrett and Eddie Garrett; and two sisters, Erva Lee Garrett and Erma Lee Garrett.
A funeral service will be held in his honor at 1 p.m. on Sept. 7, 2013, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, with burial to follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Conway.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Friday evening at the Funeral Home.
