Lloyd Ray Autrey, age 69, departed this life Sunday, November 13, 2016 at his home in Vilonia. Lloyd was born on September 1, 1947 in Dyess, Arkansasto the late James Clifton and Leah French Autrey.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Galloway Autrey: three sons, Anthony Jason Autrey; Lloyd Ray Autrey, Jr. (Lee), Phillip Hugh Autrey II; daughter, Christie Lea Schaapveld (Roland); three brothers, James Clifton Autrey, Jr.; Phillip Hugh Autrey; Thomas Gene Autrey (Sandi); three sisters, Sammye Autrey Gordon (Stanley); Nancy Autrey Logan; Janice Autrey Thompson, and eight grandchildren. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by Siblings: Sisters: Pat Gordon, Alice Williams, and brothers, Billy Autrey, E.J. Autrey:
Mr. Autrey was a truck driver in his earlier years. After a truck accident his hands had to be amputated. He learned to use his hooks and later he became a ""Jack of All Trades"" and did limited truck driving also. He was a wonder to many how he could do so many things with his hooks. He loved to garden and cook, and his grandchildren were the love of his life.
