Mattie Lee Reynolds, 25, of Conway, passed away on June 23, 2014.
She was born on May 12, 1989, in Little Rock, Ark., to Ellen Smith and Michael Reynolds.
Mattie was currently a Licensed Practical Nurse and she was pursuing her education to become an RN. Mattie worked as a nurse at Brookridge Cove Rehabilitation Center in Morrilton, Ark. She dearly loved her patients and she was passionate about providing the best care possible. Mattie was a very compassionate, and loving young lady who had a gift for caring for the elderly. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, co-workers, and her patients. Mattie also had a love for animals and she enjoyed being outdoors.
She was preceded in death by her Grandfather, Galley Smith, Grandfather, J.V. Reynolds, Grandmother, Syble Reynolds, Grandfather, Fred Schreyer; and her Great-Aunt, Mattie Lee Devore.
Mattie is survived by her Dad, Michael Reynolds of Greenbrier; her Mother, Ellen Smith Schreyer and husband Kim of Conway; Grandmothers, Jo F. Smith of Conway and Sherril Schreyer of Dallas, Texas; Fiancé, Chris Hollaway of Conway; one stepbrother, Shannon Schreyer and wife Chandra of Conway; her niece and nephew, Hayden and Tylan Schreyer, both of Conway; four uncles, Richard Reynolds of Mayflower, Bubba Reynolds of Pine Bluff, Ark., Sam Smith and wife Lea Ann of Conway, and Jody Smith and wife DeNita of Greenbrier; one aunt, Sarah Adair of Bartlett, Tenn.; as well as her cousins, Dylan Adair of Bartlett, Tenn., Katie Reynolds of Rison, Ark., Clark Smith of St. Louis, Mo., Kayley Smith of Conway, and Evane Smith of Greenbrier.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mattie will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2014, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, with Pastor Pete Ave Lallemant and Pastor David Mohr officiating.
