He was born July 11, 1958, in Conway, to Douglas Garrett and Anavurl Sams Garrett.
He was an employee at CHDC and a member of the Highway 65 Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Sandi Garrett; son, Chance Garrett of Conway; his daughter, Maggie Garrett of Conway; his Mother, Anavurl Garrett Karber; and Step-father, Carl Karber of Greenbrier; two sisters, Dana Taylor (Kenneth), and Tracie Garrett, both of Greenbrier; one step-brother, Jimmy Karber of Joshua, Texas; step-sister, Cindy Ford of Ponder, Texas; and several nieces and Nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Douglas Garrett.
Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Roller-McNutt Conway, with Bruce Reeves and Tyler Sams officiating.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Greenbrier Softball Association or the Scholarship fund for his Children at Centennial Bank.
