Jerillyn Kay Giles

Jerillyn Kay Giles, 47, passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2012, in Salinas. She was born August 1, 1964, in Newton, Iowa.

Jerillyn attended North Salinas High School and Hartnell College. She previously worked in healthcare as a CNA. Jerillyn enjoyed being with her grandchildren, especially reading to them.

She is survived by her children, Matthew, Anastacia "Annie" and Elijah "Eli" Giles; grandchildren, Destiny, Zachary, Shelley and Nevaeh; and her mother, Louise Doutrich.

She was preceded in death by her father, Sherwood "Bud" Doutrich.

Memorial services will be held Sunday, July 15, 2012 at 1 p.m., at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 580 Larkin St., Salinas, CA 93907.

I knew Jerrilyn when she was my neighbor at Laurel Tree Apartments,she was always very nice. I always enjoyed conferring with her as my son would interact with Eli at her home or mine.My condolences to her children and family.You are in my thoughts and prayers.
