Eleanor Freitas Goldman
Eleanor Freitas Goldman passed away peacefully May 5, 2014, with her children by her side. She was a great mom, a terrific homemaker, and a master gardener. She took pride in all these facets of her life. Her family was her whole life. She always had an open door policy to everyone, especially our friends growing up. They all thought of her as their mom too.
She was a sports enthusiast, mainly tennis and baseball. Go Giants! She always looked forward to the tennis tournaments and baseball season. She knew all the players and their stats. It was really neat.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Allen Goldman and grandson, Clark Goldman.
Eleanor is survived by her four children, Ross, Randy, Don, and Vickie. She had 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was proud of them all. What a legacy she left behind.
Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Norman Rosen, Dr. Rudo, caregivers Florida Laume and her family and Heartland Hospice. We are truly grateful for all the love and support through this difficult time.
At Eleanor's request, there will be no services.
Funeral arrangements by Struve and Laporte Funeral Home.
