Harry Delfin Arboly
Harry Delfin Arboly joined his Creator on Thursday, April 25, 2013, in Salinas. Harry was born November 2, 1921, in Capiz, Philippines.
Harry joined the Philippine Scouts under the United States Army during the World War II. He completed his degree in Law at the University of Santo Tomas. After successfully passing the Philippine Bar exams, he joined the Laurel Law Offices then Philippine Banking Corporation. In 1978, he and his wife Frances immigrated to the United States where they rebuilt their lives in Salinas. Harry worked for the County of Monterey and the Monterey Superior Court.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 64 years, Frances Reyes Arboly, in 2008.
He is survived by his children, Gina (Sam) Dejillo, Ching (Jho) Joaquin, Joan-Mary and Danny; grandchildren, May (Rick) Gebin, Alan and Rose Dejillo, Andy Dejillo, Sr., Joanmarie (BJ) Palacio, JP Josemaria Paolo Joaquin; great-grandchildren, Andrew Dejillo Jr. (Gracie), Ricky Gebin (Cindy), Candace Renee Dejillo, Kristen Nicole Gebin, Nikki Dejillo, Camy Lynn Dejill, Leila Marie Palacio; great-great-grandchildren, Ida Nicole, Kekoa Makani, Kalaya Satyana, Mason Kamani, Nathaniel Ace; as well as his sisters, nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May 4, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the Struve and Laporte Chapel, 41 W. San Luis St., Salinas, CA 93901.
Visitation will be held Sunday, May 5, 2013 from 12:00 to 7:00 p.m., at the Struve and Laporte Chapel.
Rosary will be held Sunday, May 5, 2013 at 3:00 p.m., at the Struve and Laporte Chapel.
Funeral Mass will be held Monday, May 6, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., at Madonna del Sasso Church, 320 E. Laurel Dr., Salinas CA 93906.
Burial will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
