Alice V. Bowser, 74, 819 Grant St., Reynoldsville, died at 3:30 a.m. Saturday, March 14, 2015, at Christ the King Manor in DuBois.
Born Nov. 11, 1940, in Warren, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Guy and Maude Culver Beckwitch. On Oct. 28, 1961, she was married to Charles Bowser. He preceded her in death Sept. 28, 2006.
Alice was a 1958 graduate of North Bloomfield High School in Warren, Ohio. She was a retired lineman for General Motors, Detroit, Mich.
Alice loved her flowers and making fudge for her great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed her dog, Little Bit.
She is survived by two daughters, Rosemarie Ramsey (John) of Reynoldsville and Roxanne Miller (Kevin) of Duncan, Okla.; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and a niece, Barbara Hughes (Richard) of Summerville.
She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Brian Gardner, two brothers and six sisters.
Private services will be conducted at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Bernard P. Snyder Funeral Home in Reynoldsville.
