Brenda Kay Coakley, 58, of Treasure Lake, DuBois, passed away on Sept. 16, 2017, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Born Feb. 4, 1959, in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late William and Gladys (Blackwell) Henry.
She was the wife of the late Christopher P. Coakley. He preceded her in death on Aug. 10, 2012.
She was a caregiver for C.R.I.
Brenda loved crocheting, sewing, needlework, arts & crafts, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by two sons, Brian and Christopher Coakley of DuBois; two grandchildren, Liliana and Kelsi Coakley; two sisters, Diane Geyer of Florida and Judy Popow of Tennessee; two brothers, William Dry of Louisiana and Rick Carter of Pennsylvania; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a brother, John Dry; and a sister, Mary Ann Molisso.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 7, 2017, at 10 a.m. from St. Catherine's Cemetery, DuBois, Pa., with Msgr. Richard Siefer officiating.
Memorial donations may be made in Brenda's name to the organization of the donor's choice.
