Donna J. Nolph, 81, Reynoldsville, died Thursday, July 10, 2014, at home.
She was born May 22, 1933, in Sewickley, a daughter of the late Walter and Olive Thompson Davidson.
On Dec. 12, 1953, she married Alvin Ernest Nolph. He preceded her in death Feb. 8, 2009.
Mrs. Nolph enjoyed cooking, quilting, crocheting and word finds.
She is survived by three children: Larry E. Nolph of Budd Lake, N.J., Barbara J. McCaw of Boulder City, Nev., and Tracy (Mark) Irvine of Reynoldsville; eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; four sisters: Doris Sacoulas of Crescent, Diana Skiles of Crescent, Delane Hoge of Wayneburg and Doreen (Joe) Pancirov of Harrisburg.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Denis H. Nolph; one brother, Walter Davidson; and one sister, Darlene Montini.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 12, 2014, at Brenda D. Shumaker Funeral Home Inc., Brookville. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Henry Scoff officiating. Interment will follow at Bethel-Lutheran Cemetery, Ohl.
