Mabel "Betty" Logan, formerly from DuBois, Pa., passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017, in North Carolina.
She was born on March 29, 1943, the daughter of the late Farley and Lydia Pierce.
She retired from Brockway Glass as a bottle packer.
She was a member of the Gelnett Memorial Church.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Arthur and Floyd Pierce and one sister, Catherine Nichols.
She is survived by one son, Jacob Logan; five stepsons: Ron, Joe, Bob, Tom and Clair Logan; three stepdaughters, Marlene, Terry, Sue; three sisters, Nancy Smock, Millie Starr, Jessie Ward; and numerous grandchildren.
She enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with family and friends.
Friends will be received at the Gelnett Memorial Church for a memorial service with Pastor Bill Davis at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2017.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Gelnett Memorial Church, 5990 Home Camp Road, DuBois, PA 15801.
