Lambert, Willard H. "Bill"  
Willard "Bill" H. Lambert, 89, of Towanda, Pa., passed away at the Robert Packer Hospital on Aug. 25, 2015 surrounded by family. Bill was born on May 10, 1926, a son of the late Isaac E. and Florence (Smith) Lambert at home in Blairstown, N.J. Bill was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army during WWII. After serving his country Bill married the love of his life Fanchon (Sears) Lambert on Nov. 30, 1951 and together they built a home full of love. Bill was an electrician by trade working for Mt. Lake Electric and also owned and operated Lambert Bottled Gas in Dushore, Pa. He loved to spend his time outdoors working with his hands, hunting, fishing and tinkering on small engines. Bill was a life-time member of the Dushore American Legion, Loyal Post 996. Bill was predeceased by brothers, Albert Lambert and Charles Lambert; sisters, Shirley Transue, Evelyn Sanders, and Eleanor Ellers. He is survived by his wife, Fanchon Lambert at home; daughter, Beverly Lambert of Windgap, Pa.; son, Lawrence (Lynn) Lambert of Sellersville, Pa.; grandchildren, Brian Alan (Rosa Lea) Faulstick, Kanya Lee Praetorius, Linda Lee (Jeramiah) Stinebecker, Lawrence Lambert Jr., Cirra Rose Marie Lambert, Rylie Ann Lambert, Gene Renee Lambert; three great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Treena Lambert of Cauldersport, Pa. At Bill's request all services will be private at the family home. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society at donate. in loving memory of Bill. Caring assistance is being provided by the Cooley-Tioga Point Cremation and Burial Options, Inc., 802 N. Main St., Athens, PA 18810.
