Dolores Pauline Shuck

Dolores Pauline Shuck, 80, of Waldorf, Md., passed away on Jan. 14, 2013 at Charles County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in La Plata, Md.

Dolores was born on April 9, 1932 in Washington.

Dolores was raised in Washington and attended Saint Peter's Parochial School and Saint Patrick's Academy. She worked for the United States Census Bureau and retired after more than 20 years of service.

She was the daughter of the late John Crowder and the late Iride Crowder.

She was Predeceased by her parents.

She is survived by her son Thomas (Terry) Shuck of Port Orchard, Wash.; three daughters Claudia (Alex) Piechocki of Towanda, Pamela Young (Steven) Depoy of Waldorf, Md. and Deborah (Bill) Shuck-Reynolds of Waldorf, Md.; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 18, 2013 with a Rosary at 1:30 p.m. at Raymond Funeral Chapel, 5635 Washington Ave., La Plata, MD 20646.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 19 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 4590 St. Joseph's Way, Pomfret, MD 20675. Clergy will be Fr. Mark Smith

Interment will be held at the church cemetery.
