Anna Renstrom, 87, of Canton, Pa., passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2014, at the Troy Community Hospital.

Born in Leolyn, Pa., (McNett Twp.) on March 30, 1926, Anna Ella Graham was a daughter of the late Clara V. (Jackson) and Walter L. Graham. She was a member of Canton High School's graduating class of 1943. Anna married Donald L. Renstrom on July 2, 1949, at Canton's First Baptist Church. They raised a daughter and shared 49 years together before Don's passing on Oct. 23, 1998.
Anna read and studied her Bible faithfully. The word of God was her guide through life. She was an active member of Canton's Seventh Day Adventist Church. Anna enjoyed being outdoors, especially times spent visiting with neighbors and friends or while tending to her gardens and flowers.
She is survived by her daughter Penny Renstrom of Canton; a sister Jessie Herman of Canton; brother-in-law Paul Machmer of Granville Summit; special friend Phyllis Saunders of Canton and many nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and dear friends.
Anna also leaves her beloved "grandson," RockC the cat.
In addition to her husband Don, she was predeceased by six siblings Walter "Jack" Graham, Wellington "Timer" Graham, Roger "Tink" Graham, Claire Elaine Wilcox, Muriel "Molly" Webster and Emma Machmer who was Anna's twin sister; three sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law June Graham, Virginia Derr, Frances Graham and Jim Herman.
Calling hours are 12:30 – 1:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 9, at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Canton. Her Pastor, Rev. Marvin Humbert, will officiate her memorial service at 1:30 p.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, consider a memorial in Mrs. Renstrom's name to the Seventh Day Adventist Church c/o 2284 Seeley Rd. Canton, PA 17724.
