Duane Dibble, 69, of Canton, Pa., born Oct. 25, 1943 to Reese L. Dibble and Dorothea Dibble Williams, passed away at home on Jan. 5, 2013, with his loving wife at his side.

Duane was preceded in death by his parents. Duane is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Carol A. Dibble; daughters Kimberly (Brian) Colston if Stillwell, Okla., and Michelle (Jerome) Castle of Roaring Branch; step-daughter Laurie (Andrew) Persons of Pennsburg; step-son William (Paige) Gates of Owego, N.Y.; sisters Eloise (John) Bennett of Grover and Brenda Bowers of Texas; brother Reese (Jeanie) Dibble of Haley, Ind., 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and his beloved cat Speckles.

Duane served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Coast Guard during the Vietnam War and was later employed by several businesses in Pennsylvania and New York.

There will be no viewing or services as per Duane's wishes. Everything will be handled by Auer Cremation Services of PA Inc., in Harrisburg, Pa.
