Lucille Fields Ketchum, 96, of Dallas, Ga., formerly of Warren Center, Pa., passed away, Tuesday, May 7, 2013, in Georgia.

Born Dec. 5, 1916 in Moosic, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Robert B. and Lu Lu Elsie (Chapman) Bullock.
For many years she owned and operated a nursing home in Warren Center, Pa.
Survivors include her husband, Newton Ketchum of Troy, Pa.; sons, Dean Fields of Georgia, Keith Fields of Maryland, Kenneth Burgess of Pennsylvania; daughter-in-law Nancy Fields of Maryland; grandchildren Steven, Kyle, Mathew, Thomas, Amy, Deena and Tyler; great grandchild Kallie; numerous nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents she was predeceased by her first husband, Frederick Fields in 1985; sons Bruce Fields in 1969, Donald Fields in 1986; daughter, Beverly Lombardi in 1996; and her sisters Verna and Clara.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 11, at the Bartron-Myer Funeral Home, Inc., Montrose, PA 18801.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, May 10, at the funeral home.
