She was active in the Open Hand Grange, later the Beech Flats Grange, as well as the Lady Canton Rebekkas. Eventually the Morgans relocated to Canton Borough. Following her retirement from the Canton Area School District, Wilma volunteered at the Canton Senior Center, serving her community for another two decades.

Wilma was a woman of deep faith and strong convictions. She was a longtime member of the former Canton United Methodist Church, and later the Ward United Methodist Church, where she served many years as Sunday school treasurer.

She was preceded in death by brothers Etsyl, Lester John and Emory Davis; sister-in-law, Betty Davis; great-grandson Chad Castle; infant great-granddaughter Kaylyn Seeley; and sons-in-law Gerald S.
