Hubert Daly Obituary
Hugh was born on May 11, 1963 in Bryn Mawr, Pa., a son of Marion VanDerZee Daly and the late Hubert Daly. He attended Owen J. Roberts High School in Chester County, Pa. He married the former Cynthia Betley of Newark, Del., on Oct. 26, 1986.
They resided in Bear, Del., and moved to New Albany in July of 1998. Hugh worked for Formula 1 Feeds, in New Era, Pa. Hugh enjoyed fishing in local ponds and streams.
Surviving are his spouse, Cindy at home; two sons, Michael Daly of New Albany, Pa., Matthew Daly of Towanda, Pa.; two daughters, Brandy Daly of Philadelphia, Pa., Alexis Daly of New Albany, Pa.; mother, Marion Daly of Downingtown, Pa.; sister, Elizabeth "Liz" Daly of Downingtown, Pa.; twin siblings, Paul (Trish) Daly of Odessa, Texas, and Paula Poppio of Jim Thorpe, Pa.; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a nephew, Kenneth Miller in February 2008.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 27, 2015 at the P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, 1 Grovedale Lane, Wyalusing, PA 18853, with the Rev. Phyllis A. Pelletier officiating. Interment will be in Old Zion Cemetery, Dushore, Pa. Friends and family may call from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday.
