Beverly Muller Obituary
She was born Feb. 24, 1942, a daughter of the late Margaret (Laroux) Lundborg and Eugene Laroux Sr. She was raised by her grandmother, the late Florence Chase. She grew up in Lisbon, was a 1960 graduate of Griswold High School, and was employed by Electric Boat in Groton and Analysis & Technology in North Stonington for many years as head secretary.
Bev had a big heart with an open hand to anyone who needed her. Her home on Haley Road in Uncasville was always open with a warm welcome to everyone.
She was predeceased by her son, Michael Mailloux in 1998; her husband, Karl Muller in 2001; and her son-in-law, Randal Jacques in July of 2013.
She leaves behind her loving daughter, April Jacques of Uncasville, who cared for her for many years; significant other, Roger Street; grandchildren, Steven Mailloux, Nicole, Jessica, and Peter "P.J." Heavenor, all of Uncasville; a sister, Sandra Dudek of Griswold; three brothers, Eugene Laroux Jr., A. Glen Lundborg of Canterbury, and John Lundborg of Plainfield. She also leaves behind her former daughter-in-law, Jill Hastings; former son-in-law, Peter Heavenor Sr.; and many nieces.
Her family would like to extend a special thank you to all the staff at New London Rehab & Care Center.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014, at the Preston City Congregational Church, 312 Route 164, Preston. A reception will follow in the church hall. Burial will be at Union Cemetery in Quaker Hill.
The Woyasz & Son Funeral Home, 11 Jerome Road, Uncasville, is in charge of arrangements.

Heartfelt sympathy toall, especially April, losing 2 loved ones in 6 mos. Bev was so loved, was such a helpful and giving person. She's now with Karl whom she missed so terribly. For that we can be grateful.

I am very saddened to hear of Bav's passing. I worked with her at A&T for many years and she was an umbelievable woman who cared deeply for her family. She will be greatly missed. God bless to you and your family.

I will always remember the way that Aunt Bev welcomed me into the family and I immediately felt loved by her the minute we met. I will miss her dearly, she was definitely one of a kind. May you all feel comfort in the good memories.

Dear April and family,
I am sorry to hear of Bev's death. I knew her from EB and worked with her for many, many years at A&T. She was a wonderful person, a hard worker, and a friend. She gave my daughter her first job as one of her part time after school assistants. I will always remember her.

April, I am very sorry about the loss of your mom. I know it was a long haul. I have lots of good memories of her while growing up on Haley Road. Remember when she took us to the Blue Oyster Cult/Foghat concert?! That was my first concert - what a blast! I also worked with her for many years at Analysis & Technology. She was one of a kind.
