Brian Ash Obituary
Brian was born Sept. 1, 1980, on the Naval Submarine Base in Groton. He had recently relocated to Virginia.
He leaves behind his younger, sister Kimberly; niece, Dahlia; and a large extended family.
Brian touched many lives and made so many friends,with several becoming more like brothers than friends. Brian loved music and art and spent much of his free time writing songs and poetry.
Services for Brian will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the New London Homeless Hospitality Center at www.nlhhc.org

Brian was my cousin. His death was a tragic loss of a young life. My deepest condolences to his sister, Kimmy, his mother Anita, and his father, Nick. I hope the good times you had with him bring you some joy, and that you find support in your sorrow.

I always enjoyed seeing Brian in the office...his bright smile and friendly demeanor. He was a fine young man whose life was all too short. He will be missed by many and my heartfelt sympathy goes out to his mom Anita and sister Kim.

It's already been a month that you've been gone, I really miss you Bri-Bri. I guess its true you don't know how much someone means to you until they're gone, so many people came to celebrate your life and share stories of the joy you brought. Hopefully you're at peace, I know my life won't ever be the same with out my big brother.

I signed the book earlier but forgot to light a candle for my boy. The times we spent together were some of the best times in my life. Just hanging out with good friends, having fun. Hope there's plenty of Marlboro Milds and Cumby's Orange Soda where you're at. Love you man.

Brian was a genuinely good guy with a kind heart. Since his passing I have come to recall the many good memories of him I do have. Peach yogurt and robot chicken will forever remind me of him. RIP <3
