I remember Jo -Ann from Viets street along with her sisters, mom, dad and aunt kitty. Whenever I visited my aunt and cousins on Viets st I always loved it when one of the Phillips came over to visit. A really fun family. Her suffering is over but please accept my sincere sympathy on your loss. She'll be watching over you from heaven, asking angels to protect the family she loved! Blessings.

Sorry for your loss. She was such a nice woman. I'll remember the fun time we had in the Poconos. Even though she just met me, she bought me such a nice present to "welcome" ME into the group. Will think of her with great fondness.

Jo always had a positive attitude, always smiling, welcoming to everyone, an uplifting spirit, could talk to anyone. Even with all her health issues, if you asked her how she was, anyone who knows her well would now her answer...."I'm fine". She had the Irish gift of a storyteller like her mom and sisters. Nobody didn't like Jo-ann. A sad day indeed. Though I didn't see her very often, I will love and miss her always
