Joan Kohn Obituary
Joan was born in New London in 1939 and graduated from Simmons College in Boston, Mass. She married Walter Kohn in Mystic in 1992 and later moved to Colorado to be near her daughter and two of her grandchildren.
Joan was a daughter to Ninetta Testa and John J. DeLaura of Groton; sister to John J. DeLaura; mother to Dr. Jon Brice and Gretchen DeLaura; mother-in-law to Pamela and Peter; grandmother to Maggie, Jack, Gigi, Gaia; and wife to Walter Kohn.
Memorial contributions may be made to Tru Community Care of Lafayette, Colo. at TruCare.org.
Joan's smile and vivacity will be missed by all who knew her.
