Will never forget our days on Harvard Terr. in Gales Ferry. Your Dad and Mom welcomed us royally. They were both so warm. Your Dad was "larger than life" and our last meeting was at your mother's funeral. As you would expect, he was unflinching! If Bob were still here, he would join me in extending deepest sympathy. Take solace knowing Mom and Dad are together again.

Joe's life was a life well lived. As Mr. O'Brien aptly pointed out, "above all, he was a kind and honorable man." He cherished his wife Barbara and deeply loved his children and grandchildren. He was a class act. Joe will be dearly missed.

Debbie, Marti, Michael, Susan and Jill - our sympathies and prayers are with you. Love, Mary & Peter

Have the fondest memories of great times together with Joe and Barbara and always looked at the flagpole to see which child was visiting. Joe is now with his beloved. Kids, you were lucky, you had great parents who loved each other and all of you. I send my love to you and condolences. Diane MacFadyen
