Louise Crandall Obituary
She was born Oct. 8, 1943, in Mystic, to John F. and Edith M. (Clark) Crandall. She was a graduate of Fitch Senior High School in Groton and was a lifelong resident of the area.
She was a member of Union Baptist Church in Mystic. She was employed at New England Accessories of Old Saybrook before they closed and then at LEARN in Old Lyme.
She is survived by three brothers, John Crandall, Frederick Crandall, and Franklin Crandall; two sisters, Joan Russo and Carol Oddo; as well as 18 nieces and nephews.
Helen's family will greet relatives and friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26, at Dinoto Funeral Home, 17 Pearl St., Mystic. A funeral home service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday. Burial will follow in Elm Grove Cemetery.
Donations in her memory may be made to Lawrence + Memorial Hospital or to the American Cancer Society.
