Michael Micele Obituary

Greensboro, N.C. - Michael L. Micele died Wednesday, July 24, 2013, of a heart attack.

He was born to Suzette and Charles K. Micele in New Orleans, La. Mike was raised a Navy brat and there for moved a lot places like Key West, Fla., Virginia Beach, Va. and Groton. He graduated from Fitch Senior High, Class of 75. He was a machinist by trade and worked at Electric Boat. Most recently he lived in Greensboro, N.C. where he "owned and operated" Mikes Custom Painting.

Mike was a huge animal lover (he leaves behind his beloved Bella). He was an avid reader, and loved music of all genres. Mike was a great story teller and always up on his current events and more than willing to share his opinion. He was a patriot thru and thru! He will be missed by many family and friends.

He is survived by Charles K. and Roberta Micele; his siblings, Vincent "Sparky" Micele of Louisiana, Linda (Micele) Wilkinson of North Carolina, Pam Naquin and Catherine "Pebbles" (Micele) Hall, both of Louisiana; numerous, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He is predeceased by his mother, Suzette; and one nephew.

In lieu of flowers, (per Mikes wishes) please make a donation to your local animal pound.

Dearest Micele clan, we are all saddened to hear about Kiki Mouse. We will always remember him and our growing up Navy days in rotten Groton. His magic show with the eggs and exploding jars in the shed on Juneberry was a classic. Our prayers are with you and for him...I am sure your Mom would like that. Take care and hug your loved ones.
