Mildred Panciera Obituary

Groton - Mildred (Ryan) Panciera of Groton Long Point, passed away Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013, at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital.

Born in Norwich, on Dec. 31, 1930, to the late Walter E. and Amelia Ryan, she was married to Edward Panciera, who predeceased her.

Mildred graduated proudly from Norich Free Academy, in the class of 1948.

Surviving are her sister, Sara (Raymond) Allard and family.

For over 20 years, Mildred was employed at Country Glen Apartments in Groton as a leasing agent.

In keeping with Mildred's wishes, funeral services are private.

The family is requesting that donations in her memory be made to The NFA Foundation Inc., 321 Broadway, Norwich, CT 06360.

The Labenski Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
