Patricia Goldsmith Obituary

Clearwater, Fla. - Patricia Anne (Conradson) Goldsmith of Clearwater, peacefully departed this life on Thursday, March 21, 2013, surrounded by her close family and friends at Advanced Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Patty was born Sept. 13, 1953, in Norwich, the daughter of Robert E. and Teresa I. (Czikowsky) Conradson. She spent her childhood at the maternal family home near the Baltic Road section of Norwichtown, and enjoyed many happy days with her maternal grandparents Herman and Ida Czikowsky.

On Aug. 2, 1975, she married Steven Goldsmith in an outdoor ceremony at the homestead of her beloved aunt Rosie and uncle Red (Lasch) in Scotland. Her pride and joy in life was being a mom and she cherished her routine visits from her daughter. Their favorite bonding time was watching their beloved New York Yankees, football, and movies.

She is survived by her daughter, Victoria Anne Goldsmith of Tampa, Fla; and four sisters, Rojean Conradson of Wisconsin, Muriel Johnson of Sebastian, Fla., Laura Conradson of Honolulu, Hawaii and Ramona Conradson of Apollo Beach, Fla.; several nieces, and nephews; and cousins, Carol, Shirley and Catherine Lasch of Connecticut, and William Lasch of Massachusetts.

She was predeceased by a brother, Raymond Conradson; and a sister, Sharon Conradson.

There are no calling hours or services at this time, a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Dear Ramona and Family,
I read of Patty's dying in the Norwich Bulletin. I remember how you and Lisa spoke of Patty and of how hard she worked and of her illness. Please tell your family I am so very sorry. Mona I don't think you know that Lisa died in November of 2012. I miss her so very much. She would want you to know. Also I did not know that you had moved to Florida, I wish you well. Please accept my sympathy for you and for all of your family's losses. With
sympathy and love.

Dear Laura and family,
So sorry to hear about the passing of your sister. I can't imagine the pain of losing such a young sibling. But just know that you now have an angel on your shoulders. Laura, you and I were classmates at NFA in the class of 78. I just wanted to say I am sorry to hear of Patricia's passing.
Very Sincerely,
Lori Krieger Taylor
