Walter Robinson Obituary
Mr. Robinson was born on March 22, 1930, in Taunton, Mass., one of nine children to Vernon and Helen (Shaw) Robinson. He married Beverly Barber in 1949. She predeceased him on Sept. 14, 2009. Mr. Robinson worked as a millwright for the Union Local 115, which now is known as the Local 24. Mr. Robinson was an avid outdoorsman and thoroughly enjoyed family gatherings. His passing brings much sorrow as well as gratitude for all he offered to others throughout his life.
Mr. Robinson is survived by two brothers, Robert Robinson of Seekonk, Mass. and Norman Robinson of E. Sandwich, Mass.; along with his sons, Alan Robinson and Donald Robinson both of Massachusetts; and his three daughters, DeAnna Weed of New London, Cynthia Robinson of Martha's Vineyard, Mass. and Dawn Murzyn of Bozrah; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, 2013, in Bozrah Centre Congregational Church, 23 Bozrah St., Bozrah.
Fulton-Theroux Funeral Home, New London is handling the arrangements.

Don -- we are so sorry to hear of your loss and we wish we could have attended the service. You were a wonderful son to him, especially in the last months and we are certain that was a great comfort to him. There is nothing that anyone can really say to take the sting away of something like this, but know that you are in our thoughts -- Sue & Stan!

To my dear cousins....we are all so saddened over your father's passing yet at the same time, I know he has a great big smile on right now with his eyes shining brightly because he is sharing heaven with your Mom and brother. He was an angel here on earth and now we have both angels watching over all of us like they always did. One day we will all be together again but for now God will keep our dear family members that have passed right beside Him. Our love, thoughts, and prayers to all.
