Wendell Dailey Obituary
He was born on Sept. 9, 1940, in Greensburg, Pa., the son of Wendell B. and Thelma (Davis) Dailey Sr.
Dick was married to Fran I. Boozam in New London on Aug. 21, 1982.
He served in the U.S. Navy and then worked for many years in printing at Electric Boat in Groton. After leaving EB, he worked in production at Pfizer in Groton, where he retired.
His family will be welcoming friends and relatives from 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday at Byles-Groton Memorial Home, 310 Thames St.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory be directed to the Connecticut Children's Medical Center, 282 Washington St., Hartford, CT 06106.
