Waterford - Adolph Richard Frausini, 91, of Waterford, died peacefully at his home on April 26, 2014, in the comfort of his loving family.

He was born March 21, 1923, in New London, the son of Adolfo and Blanche (Domoleski) Frausini. He attended local schools in New London.
He was united in marriage to the former Marilyn DeWolf on Dec. 11, 1943, in New London. Mrs. Frausini survives him.
Mr. Frausini was an avid outdoorsman enjoying hunting, fishing, and wood cutting. He loved gardening and his greenhouse. He and his wife spent many years wintering in Florida and enjoyed fishing and socializing with many wonderful friends on Melbourne Beach. One of his greatest pleasures was attending family gatherings.
He was employed at Electric Boat in Carpenters Union Local 30 for 40 years, retiring in 1985.
Besides his beloved wife of 70 years, he is survived by two daughters, Ann (Francis) Apes of Salem and Susan (Thomas) Gannoe of East Lyme; his sister, Gloria Bailey of Waterford; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a brother, Andrew Frausini.
