Ivoryton - Thomas John Lee, 72, of Ivoryton, passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2014, at Norwichtown Rehabilitation and Care Center.

He was born in Norwich on Dec. 13, 1941 to the late William and Mary (Souza) Lee. He was enlisted in the Army National Guard. He was the former owner and operator of East Haddam Grain and later went on to work as the deli manager for Colonial Markets. He was a member of the Corvette Club, and will miss his two beloved corvettes.
Thomas is survived by a sons, Scott Lee and his wife, Michelle, of Oakdale, Brian Lee and his wife, Elsa, of Indiana, William Lee and his wife of Clinton, and Walter Lee of Colchester; and a daughter, Marie Lee of Colchester. He also leaves behind a sister, Patricia Pappagallo and her husband, Vito, of Norwich; as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
Family and friends may visit Labenski Funeral Home, 107 Boswell Ave, Norwich from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at the Congregational Church of Salem. Burial will immediately follow at St. Joseph Cemetery on Boswell Avenue, Norwich.
