I am so sorry that Charlotte's Chaffee friends were unaware of the
extent of her illness and thus did not offer any succor for her in her
last months. We all loved her and will miss her.

I was so sorry to read of the passing of Charlotte. I worked for many years with Charlotte at CBT/BNE and lunched with her on several occasions. I enjoyed her company and her wealth of knowledge. She was a very pleasant and enjoyable person to be around. I am truly sorry for your loss.

My sincere sympathy to the Acquaviva family - I went to school with Sam through 6th grade at New Park Avenue School and moved to WH. Have the class picture of Miss Malloy's class in 6th grade - may the family remember the good times and know she's at peace.

Charlotte and I went to New Park Avenue Elementary School in Hartford together in the 1940s and 1950s. I still have the class picture of all of us. I also remember her, in addition to being a great student, as being a lot of fun.
