My thoughts are with Bernie's family. I met Bernie in 1974 and we became good friends. He helped me when I needed help and was always there for me. I will miss him.

Bernie was my great uncle. Although we didn't see him very often since we were so far away, we kept in touch and saw him when he was home. He was a wonderful person and I'm so happy my children got to know him. I will love and miss him always!
