Frank Ysiano Obituary

Frank Chagolla Ysiano, the man with a big tough heart, also known as "The Chief of Los Apaches or Kico", died on October 11, 2010 in Rancho Mirage, Calif. He was a well known Coachella Valley resident who back in the 70's had lots of passion for outdoors. First, a well known water-skier at the Salton Sea; he also was a self employed truck driver. He and his brother owned Ysiano Trucking. He and his wife enjoyed their landscaping business with their well manicured homes. His greatest passion besides his loving family was his passion of riding his Harley Davidson Chopper, his future dream was to build his own bike and ride with his friends again. His love of the ocean will live on forever as his memory will. Frank leaves behind his loving family: wife, Josefina Avila; daughters, Linda Perez, Rosalie Ysiano, Dolores Reyes, Monica Ysiano, Corina Ysiano, Alice Ysiano and Paloma Ysiano; sons, Frank Ysiano Jr., Robert Ysiano and Steven Irvine Ysiano; sisters, Margie Franco, Sylvia Jasso, Ruth Rodriguez, Connie Medina and Virginia Luna; 29 grandchildren, 56 great grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren. His funeral services will be Tuesday, October 19, 2010 from 4:00 PM- 11:00 PM with a rosary at 7:00 PM at Casillas Family Funeral Home. A Mass will be celebrated in his honor on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Soledad in Coachella, burial will take place at Coachella Valley Cemetery. All funeral arrangements are under the direction of Casillas Family Funeral Home. Our Dad, Grandpa, Husband and Friend "Big Tough Heart" will be deeply missed and always will remain in our hearts.
