Dr. Thomas is survived by his son, Harry E. Thomas, III of Palm Desert; daughter, Desiree Thomas Gordy of Los Angeles and her husband, Terry; sister, Miriam Thomas Brown of Los Angeles; and two grandchildren, Terry J. Gordy, Jr. and Whitney Jade Gordy.

Dr and Mrs Thomas were our neighbors on Laurel and Kemp in Compton 1954. I´m not sure I´d if DeDe and Harry Jr remember living in our neighborhood. My family lived on the corner of Kemp and Laurel
